Environmental Management Policy

INZI Controls recognizes the environment as a core element of corporate management and strives to realize a sustainable future through environmental protection and climate change response.
We have established an environmental management policy to minimize environmental impact across all business activities and use it as a guideline to implement eco-friendly management practices.
We also post this policy on our internal website and intranet to ensure that all employees understand its importance and actively put it into practice.

  • INZI Controls Co., Ltd. and its partner companies strive to achieve sustainable growth through eco-friendly and low-carbon management and fulfill their social responsibility by protecting the environment and addressing climate change. To this end, we have established the following environmental policies as the foundation of our environmental management activities and faithfully implement them.

We identify and mitigate risks associated with environmental sustainability and climate change, and strengthen execution through structured training and education.

  • 05

    Information Disclosure

We disclose environmental information transparently, communicate actively with stakeholders, and respond proactively to changing conditions.

  • Establishment of Carbon Neutral Task Force

In April 2022, to proactively respond to global and governmental decarbonization policies, we established a Carbon Neutral Task Force system.

With a goal to reduce carbon emissions by 10% by 2030, we organized the Carbon Neutral TF, consisting of the Carbon Neutral Steering Committee, the Working-Level Committee, and site-level representatives. Through this, we established detailed greenhouse gas reduction targets, and we regularly hold TF meetings to inspect energy efficiency at each site and discuss various approaches to achieve carbon neutrality.

  • Acquisition of ISO 14001 Certification

To build a systematic environmental management system and continually improve our environmental performance, we obtained certification under the international standard ISO 14001.

ISO 14001 is the global standard for environmental management systems, and acquiring this certification demonstrates our strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
Since first obtaining certification in 2009, we have continued to meet the requirements through ongoing improvements and efforts, by enhancing our processes to systematically manage environmental risks and minimize impact, and making every effort to comply with ISO 14001 requirements.

  • Establishment of Carbon Neutrality Implementation Plan

INZI Controls, aiming to implement carbon neutrality, formulated a Carbon Neutrality Implementation Plan in December 2022.

We have designated "lifestyle improvement" and "energy usage reduction" as our strategic priorities and launched various initiatives. We systematically monitor our monthly action items to track and manage lifestyle improvement efforts. With a goal to reduce electricity, water, gas, and fuel usage by 20% year-over-year, we are actively promoting energy-saving efforts, and encouraging full employee participation by formally implementing the carbon neutrality plan across the company.
