CEO’s ESG Message

To our valued stakeholders,
I am H.S. Jung, CEO of INZI Controls
and Chairperson of the ESG Management Committee.

As prolonged economic stagnation continues, ESG management has emerged as a key agenda globally, as part of efforts to overcome these challenges and establish a sustainable business environment. ESG management is not just a slogan for environmental improvement or corporate social responsibility, but has become a critical indicator of corporate sustainability through transparent disclosure and rational decision-making processes for all stakeholders.

In response, INZI Controls has proactively embraced this new management paradigm of our time and is incorporating the core principles of ESG into all aspects of our operations to ensure sustainable growth.

To put ESG into practice, we will focus our efforts on the following key areas:

  • eco-friendly management

    First, we will establish environmentally responsible management.

    In response to stakeholders' expectations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we will implement various energy-saving initiatives. To that end, we will rigorously analyze emissions generated at our sites and engage in reduction efforts, while securing core eco-friendly technologies for our products through green R&D, leading to product diversification, broader customer base, and advancement toward becoming a Global Top 10 automotive parts company.

    Second, we will actively promote human rights management.

    We will respect the human rights of all stakeholders, including our employees, and strive to fulfill our responsibility to uphold human rights across all business operations. By embedding our core values—freedom, communication, and well-being—into our management practices, we aim to build a workplace where employees enjoy well-being, feel safe, and have their rights protected, and to create social value by fostering mutual growth with partner companies and local communities.

    Third, we will strive to establish fair and transparent ethical management.

    Ethics must be the foremost priority in all business activities. To that end, we will base all our work on laws and principles, ensuring that all tasks are carried out transparently, fairly, and rationally. To enhance corporate value and provide transparent information to stakeholders, we will communicate through various channels and actively practice ESG management.
