The Company collects only the minimum amount of personal information required for the use of the recruitment website, aside from information necessary for job application.
•Personal information collected for job applications : Name, nationality, address, status of veterans or persons with disabilities, phone number, mobile phone number, academic background, grades, military service, career history, overseas experience and training, social activities, language proficiency and other certifications, awards, hobbies, special skills, and self-introduction.
Consent is obtained through individual buttons for Terms of Use, Personal Information Collection and Use, Third Party Provision, and Outsourcing of Personal Data Processing. Clicking each consent button is considered agreement to the respective terms.

The Company uses personal information within the scope of the stated purposes and does not disclose or provide such information to third parties, organizations, or enterprises beyond that scope.

To improve service quality, the Company may outsource the processing of personal information.
If outsourcing occurs, affected users will be notified in advance.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information collected by the Company is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use is fulfilled.
If a user requests deletion, it will also be destroyed immediately.
If personal data has been provided to third parties, the Company will instruct them to destroy the data as well.
Personal Information Destruction Procedure
As a general rule, the Company promptly destroys personal data once the collection and use purpose has been achieved.

•Destruction Procedure : Personal data is moved to a separate database (or separate file cabinet in the case of hard copy), stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, and then destroyed.
The stored information is not used for any purpose other than legal retention unless otherwise required by law.
•Destruction Method : Paper documents are shredded or incinerated, and digital data is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time.
To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer in writing, by phone, or via email. Your request will be verified and processed immediately.
Use of Cookies
The recruitment website uses cookies to store and retrieve user information as needed.
Only data such as user ID and page view status is collected. No additional personal information is collected.
You have the right to choose whether to accept cookies. In your web browser (based on Internet Explorer), you can select [Tools] > [Internet Options] > [Security] > [Custom Level] to either allow all cookies, receive a prompt each time a cookie is saved, or block all cookies entirely.
Technical Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The recruitment website implements the following technical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:
1. Your personal data is protected by a password. Sensitive data is further secured through encryption or file locking mechanisms.
2. We use antivirus software to prevent damage from computer viruses. This software is regularly updated, and in the event of a new virus outbreak, updated versions are deployed immediately to protect your information.
3. We adopt encryption protocols (such as SSL or SET) to securely transmit personal data over the network.
4. To protect against unauthorized access or hacking, we have intrusion prevention systems in place and monitor for suspicious activity 24/7 with intrusion detection systems installed on each server.
