Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are established in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and they aim to define the terms, procedures, and rules for members using the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by INZI Controls (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 2 (Notification)
  1. These terms take effect by being posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to members.
  2. The Company may revise these terms, and the revised terms shall take effect by being notified in the same manner as stipulated in Paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Governing Rules Beyond Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
Definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows:
  1. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company.
  2. "User ID" refers to an individual who has signed a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user number.
  3. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the user to verify their identity and protect their personal information.
  4. "Administrator" refers to the person appointed by the Company to manage and operate the service overall.

Chapter 2: Service Usage Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Service Agreement)
  1. When the user clicks the “Agree” button for these Terms, it is considered as agreement to the Terms.
  2. The service agreement is established when the Company accepts the user’s membership application.
Article 6 (Reservation or Rejection of Service Agreement)
  1. The Company may reserve approval of the service agreement in the following cases:
    • When there is insufficient capacity in the service facilities
    • When the Company deems there are technical difficulties in providing the service
    • Other cases as deemed necessary by the Company
  2. The Company may reject the service agreement in the following cases:
    • When the application is submitted under a name different from the real name on the resident registration
    • When the application form includes false information or false documents are attached
Article 7 (Management of User ID and Related Information)
  1. In principle, each individual is issued one user ID under their legal real name on the resident registration.
  2. The user ID must be associated with the real name of the user. The user is responsible for managing their user ID and password, and is liable for any disadvantages arising from their own negligence or unauthorized use by a third party. However, this does not apply in cases of the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Changes to Service Agreement Details)
  1. In case of any of the following changes, the user must promptly update the information through the service:
    • Address and phone number
    • Password
    • Other items deemed necessary by the Company
  2. The user ID may be changed upon user request in the following cases:
    • When the ID is based on the user’s phone number or resident number, which could risk privacy infringement
    • When the ID is offensive to others
    • Other cases as acknowledged by the Company

Chapter 3: Use of Service

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
  1. The Company shall not disclose or distribute members’ personal information obtained in relation to service provision to third parties without the member’s prior consent. However, if requested by national institutions under laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for criminal investigation purposes, by request from the Korea Communications Standards Commission, or in accordance with other relevant legal procedures, this shall not apply.
Article 10 (Member’s Responsibility for User ID and Password Management)
  1. All responsibility for managing the user ID and password lies with the member. The member shall be held responsible for any consequences resulting from careless management or unauthorized use; the Company assumes no responsibility.
  2. If a member becomes aware of unauthorized use of their user ID or password, they must immediately notify the Company.
  3. Members should regularly change their passwords to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.
Article 11 (General Member Responsibilities Regarding Service Use)
  1. Members must not engage in the following activities while using the service:
    1. Unauthorized use of another member's user ID
    2. Using information obtained from the service for purposes other than personal use, including reproduction, publication, or broadcasting without the Company’s prior approval, or providing it to third parties
    3. Infringing on the copyrights or other rights of third parties
    4. Distributing information, text, or images that violate public order or good morals
    5. Activities that are objectively deemed to be related to criminal acts
    6. Defaming or causing harm to others
    7. Other acts that violate applicable laws or these Terms
  2. Members must comply with these Terms and all notices or instructions announced by the Company regarding service use.
  3. Members may not use the service for business activities without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 12 (Service Availability Hours)
  1. In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are business or technical issues. However, exceptions apply in cases requiring system inspection, replacement, or maintenance.
  2. The Company may divide the service into certain areas and set separate usage hours for each.
Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision)
  1. The Company may restrict or suspend service partially or entirely if war, natural disaster, or a comparable national emergency occurs or is likely to occur.
  2. If service use is restricted or suspended under the preceding paragraph, the Company will promptly notify users of the reason and duration of the suspension.

Chapter 4: Termination of Agreement and Usage Restrictions

Article 14 (Termination and Usage Restrictions)
  1. If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, they must submit a cancellation request to the Company online.
  2. If the Company intends to restrict a user's access to the service, it will notify the user of the reason and the date of such restriction. However, if the Company deems it necessary to immediately suspend access, it may impose such measures without prior notice.
  3. A user who has received a usage suspension notice may file an objection within two weeks if they believe the suspension is unjust.
  4. The Company may postpone the suspension during the period of reviewing the objection and will notify the user of the results and progress.
  5. If the reason for the suspension is resolved during the suspension period, the Company will lift the restriction immediately.

Chapter 5: Liability and Disclaimers

Article 15 (Liability for Damages)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to service use while the service is provided free of charge. Separate terms will apply if the service becomes fee-based.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
  1. The Company shall not be held liable for interruptions in service caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company shall not be responsible for service disruptions due to user negligence.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from information acquired by users through the service.
  4. The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of IP information provided through its network, or of any content posted or transmitted by users.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall take effect from the date of publication.
