As a responsible company committed to protecting and respecting the human rights of all employees and stakeholders, INZI Controls operates various policies and guidelines. Based on this, we have established human rights and labor regulations that define the standards and procedures for practicing human rights and ethical management. INZI Controls conducts regular human rights training to protect employee rights and create a healthy workplace. In 2023, all employees received three rounds each of sexual harassment prevention and workplace bullying prevention training. The training covered relevant laws, definitions of workplace harassment, response procedures, and protective measures for victims, with the help of educational videos for practical understanding. We also provide counseling and grievance handling procedures to ensure prompt protection for victims. Workplace bullying prevention training focused on types of bullying, prevention methods, and protection protocols to build a culture of mutual respect.
INZI Controls provides diverse internal training programs to strengthen employee competencies.
In 2022, we offered a wide range of learning opportunities including promotion training, communication training, level-based training, and leadership programs, helping employees enhance their job capabilities. In 2023, to improve understanding of ESG management, we encouraged participation in the ESG Open Seminar hosted by Samsung Electronics for partner companies. These efforts helped employees build the capabilities needed to adapt to an evolving business environment.

INZI Controls prohibits the use of minerals sourced from conflict-affected areas and is committed to building an ethical supply chain.
We are deeply concerned about the human rights abuses, such as child labor, associated with mineral extraction in conflict zones. In accordance with OECD guidelines, the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, and the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, we use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to ensure that tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt are ethically sourced.
INZI Controls places the health and safety of its employees and partners as its top priority and continuously strives to create a safe and pleasant work environment. In 2023, we established a safety and environmental policy with the goals of “strengthening serious accident prevention systems,” “promoting environmental improvement,” and “advancing ESG initiatives,” and provided targeted safety training to raise awareness and improve on-site execution. We analyzed accident causes from the past three years to develop recurrence prevention measures and have institutionalized inspections and improvements to maintain zero-accident records. As part of this effort, safety facility improvements and on-site inspections are carried out regularly in cooperation with labor unions, and our safety system is reinforced through structured policies including accident investigation and reporting procedures, and risk management guidelines. The occupational health and safety policy is accessible to all employees via the company’s website and intranet.
INZI Controls has established and operates an occupational safety and health organization comprising a general safety officer, safety managers, and health managers.
Each plant manager, who has completed advanced training in safety and health management, is appointed as the General Safety Officer for that site and oversees safety operations to prevent industrial accidents. Additionally, safety and health professionals are designated to manage technical tasks related to occupational safety and health. As a result of proactive safety management efforts, we obtained ISO 45001 certification in 2020, and successfully renewed it in 2023 to maintain our certified status.
INZI Controls promotes shared growth with partner companies by establishing fair trade practices and implementing various agreements and regulations to ensure long-term sustainable relationships.
Contracts with suppliers are executed through transparent and fair processes in accordance with internal policies, and are supported by our “Subcontracting Fair Trade and Shared Growth Agreement” to enhance mutual competitiveness. We also have supplier selection and management policies in place to secure high-quality suppliers and support their development. To comply with increasingly strict global environmental regulations, we have signed eco-friendly parts supply agreements to prohibit hazardous substances and pursue sustainable production.
